§ RESULTS · CASE FILES

The work, written like a work order.

No hero shots, no stock photos of a lightbulb next to the word "transformation." Just what the business looked like before, what got built, and what the numbers say a quarter or a year later.

CS-001CLIENT · YALA VANITY · E-COMMERCE · BATH & VANITY2024 — ONGOING

Six supplier catalogs, one operator, zero morning reconciliation.

§ 01 · THE SITUATION

A direct-to-consumer bathroom vanity brand doing $1M+/yr. One founder-operator, one part-time customer service rep, six supplier catalogs updated weekly in six different formats — CSV, XLSX, one PDF price sheet, one FTP drop, two email attachments. Every morning started with three hours of catalog reconciliation before a single order shipped.

§ 02 · THE MANUAL PROCESS
  • Downloading six catalogs by hand every Monday and Thursday.
  • Matching new SKUs to store product IDs across supplier spreadsheets that never used the same naming convention twice.
  • Manually pulling out-of-stock SKUs from the sitemap and pausing them in ad campaigns.
  • Quoting LTL freight for oversized orders — calling three carriers, waiting a day, calling the customer back.
  • Writing product descriptions in batches on weekends because no other hour was quiet enough.
§ 03 · WHAT I BUILT
  • Automated supplier feed sync: pulls all six catalogs on schedule, normalizes SKUs, updates stock and price on Shopify, pauses out-of-stock SKUs in Google Shopping and Meta.
  • LTL freight quoting bot: customer enters delivery zip and item, gets a quote in under 20 seconds from negotiated carrier rates.
  • AI product copy pipeline: new SKUs land in Shopify with SEO-clean titles, descriptions, and metadata the same day they're loaded.
  • Weekly ad + inventory report: every Monday 6am email, written analysis included.
§ 04 · WHAT IT DOES NOW
  • Morning routine is a coffee, not a spreadsheet.
  • New SKUs go live within 24 hours of supplier upload, versus 2 weeks average before.
  • Customer service handles freight quotes in real time on the phone instead of "we'll get back to you tomorrow."
  • Founder now spends the reclaimed 40 hours/month on merchandising and new supplier deals instead of typing.
§ 05 · TIME + $ RECLAIMED
  • 40 HRS/MO
    reclaimed on inventory sync
  • 0 STOCKOUTS
    on top 50 SKUs since Q3 2024
  • 48 HR
freight quotes, down from 4 days
  • 24 HR
new-SKU turnaround, down from 2 weeks
