§ PRICING · THREE LANES

Three lanes, not three tiers.

A tier system implies more money buys a better version of the same thing. That's not how this works. You pick the lane that fits how you want to work with me, and the price scales with what you're actually buying.

§ LANE 01

Single automation

from $450

One thing, built and handed over.

You already know exactly what you want automated. Missed-call text-back, an intake form, one report — pick it, get a fixed price, own it forever.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
  • One automation, scoped and priced in writing before anything is built.
  • Discovery call to confirm the workflow (30–60 minutes).
  • Build in the tools you already use, or on my stack if you'd rather.
  • Documentation, credentials handed over, and a 30-minute training walk-through.
  • 14 days of post-launch fixes at no charge.
TYPICAL TIMELINE

Typically 5–10 business days from kickoff.

§ LANE 02

The starter stack

from $3,500

The 4 automations that move the needle in your industry.

You want the biggest week-over-week impact without shopping automations one at a time. I pick the four that compound — intake + follow-up + reporting + one industry-specific system — and build them so they share data.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
  • Four automations chosen after the audit, priced in one line-item quote.
  • Shared data layer so intake feeds reporting, and reporting feeds follow-up.
  • Weekly build check-ins with working previews, not slide decks.
  • Full documentation, an internal SOP, and a team training session.
  • 30 days of post-launch fixes at no charge.
TYPICAL TIMELINE

Typically 3–5 weeks from kickoff to fully live.

§ LANE 03

Ongoing partner

from $1,500/ mo

I keep building, monitoring, and improving.

You'd rather have a systems person than a project. Every month I build the next thing, watch the existing systems, and replace them before they break. No annual commitment.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
  • One new automation shipped every month, on average.
  • Monitoring and alerting on every system I've built for you.
  • First-priority fixes when a vendor changes an API or a workflow breaks.
  • Monthly working session — what to build next, what to retire, what the numbers say.
  • Direct SMS access for anything urgent between sessions.
TYPICAL TIMELINE

Month-to-month. Cancel any time, no annual lock-in.

§ FAQ · PRICING

Questions before you book.

Do you require an annual contract or long-term retainer?
No. Single automations and starter stacks are billed as fixed-price projects. The ongoing partner arrangement is month-to-month with no annual commitment. You can pause, resume, or end it at any time — I'll never surprise-bill you for the following month.
What does "from" pricing actually mean?
Every automation gets its own line-item quote after the free audit. The floor prices on this page are what a simple version of that automation typically costs — a missed-call text-back, a basic intake form. Complex automations that touch multiple systems will price higher and you'll see the number before you agree to anything.
Who owns the automations once you've built them?
You do. Every credential, every workflow, every piece of documentation is handed over on launch. If you fire me the next day, everything keeps running under your accounts and your logins. That's how it should be for anything you paid to build.
Do you charge for the audit or the initial quote?
No. The 20-minute audit is free and results in a ranked list of what to automate first — yours to keep whether you hire me or not. The fixed-price quote is also free; you only pay when you approve a build and we kick it off.
What if my automation breaks after launch?
Every single automation includes 14 days of no-charge fixes, and every starter stack includes 30 days. Ongoing partner clients get first-priority fixes whenever a vendor changes an API or a workflow drifts. Outside those windows, one-off fixes are billed hourly at a rate I'll quote you before I start.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
The audit call is free for anyone. I've shipped builds for clients in Canada, the UK, and Israel, but my defaults — timezone, SMS carriers, payment processors — are US. If you're outside the US we'll discuss on the audit call whether it's a good fit or whether you'd be better served by someone local.
Can you help me if I've already tried to automate this and it didn't work?
Yes, and it's more common than you'd think. I do rescue builds regularly — taking over a half-finished n8n or Zapier setup, fixing what's broken, and either completing it or rebuilding it on a foundation that will actually last. Bring the mess to the audit call; we'll figure out the right path forward.
